About
Stephanie Steen, Ed.S., has over 15 years of educational experience as a high school English teacher, an instructional coach, a K-8 principal, and an MTSS and Literacy Director. She is passionate about closing the research-practice gap so that all children have equitable educational opportunities. Stephanie attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, for her undergraduate degrees in communication arts and philosophy, and she remained a gopher while she earned her teaching license in English education and master's degree in curriculum and instruction. Stephanie continued her education at Hamline University, St. Paul, where she became a certified literacy specialist and then earned her administrator's degree from Concordia University, St. Paul. Stephanie is currently a doctoral candidate for educational leadership.
